"MIAMI/SOUTH FLORIDA: Klime Kovaceski of Trio on the Bay has introduced his newest venture, consulting firm Miami Restaurant Consulting Group. Kovaceski will be joined by Krsto Stamatovski of Studio K Architects, Ben Neji of Wine 69, and Rocco Laudizio from Slick&Design."

After a short stint at Trio on the Bay, Klime Kovaceski is now a restaurant consultant. A press release sent out on Facebook says that Kovaceski's new Miami Restaurant Consulting Group includes "experienced industry professionals such as Krsto Stamatovski (from Studio K Architects), Ben Neji (from Wine 69) and Rocco Laudizio (from Slick+Design)" Says Kovaceski, "the MRCG team will use their collective expertise to cover all aspects of planning and launching your next project."
